CabinPulse, plugged into an outlet on the same breaker, immediately senses the loss of power. In less than a second, it checks if you want to be notified for power outages, prepares a message letting you know the details, and submits a request for an urgent alert to be sent.
11:45AM and 27 seconds
The message is transmitted over-the-air via your nearest cell tower, all the way to CabinPulse HQ. Our server - located here in Canada - checks for all of the cell phone numbers and email addresses associated with your account.

The alert is finalized, confirmed and sent - via SMS and email to every contact on your account.
